A pretty low profile day today. Did quite a bit of work in the morning, sorted out my ticket to Hangzhou for both the coming Saturday and next Tuesday, so everything seems fine at the moment. I think I’ll probably start reading up on the market research exercise that I’ll be doing. The research seems a bit difficult, so perhaps it would be a nice idea to try to absorb as much as possible at this point of time. If there is going to be one good thing that comes out from this research exercise is that I’d most likely get to go Beijing twice instead of once (of course knowing more about the market is a nice idea, but for me, nothing beats being able to go round places and learn at the same time)!
Class today was boring again. Well, life can’t be exciting all the time after all. One highlight was that the guest speaker for today’s lecture was a pretty cute lady. She’s never going to be the prettiest lady in the world, but I think she looks cute and like what Min Chuan (or was it Yvonne… ah whatever) said, she really has the confidence to present herself.
Had a stroll with Sister in the evening and basically I was guilty of making her listen to me moan again. But I did manage to come to a conclusion – she and I are pretty similar people, so perhaps that’s why we seem to click better? I’m not sure if that’s what she thinks, but at least that’s what I think. I’m someone who really love to have people listen to me, so since she doesn’t seem to mind listen to me moan, that works fine for me (or maybe she doesn’t? Oh well, I’m gonna make her listen anyway haha).
Here’s some pics taken lately for everyone’s enjoyment.

View from one of the financial buildings in Lujiazui.

And a stunning view of Shanghai from 56th storey of Plaza 66.

The Shanghai Grand Theatre – I watched 雷雨 with Zihui here the other evening.

View from inside CoffeeBean at Xintiandi. I think I was really bored so I took this picture.
Would have put Min Chuan’s picture of him in his suit and shorts up here, but the picture quality was kinda bad so I guess I shall spare him this once. *LOL*
Congrats to all those who have done well in the exams, and yes… well done Isaac for such a great improvement in your results! Like what I said, I’m definitely going to see you around in school when I return to Singapore! Nice job!
