Sometimes I really think it’s incredible for me to be going to Hangzhou four times within half a year and to Johor Bahru only once in my entire life.
I went over to Hangzhou on Tuesday and reached there at about 3 in the afternoon. Did some work before adjourning to the hotel. The hotel I stayed at was very nice. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were good, the environment was nice, the aircon was working well, the toilet was clean – basically what you would expect from a three-star hotel, and possibly more.
Had dinner with one of the staffs before going to West Lake on my own to have a stroll. I must say, while it’s definitely very romantic to be strolling along West Lake with your other half, walking around there alone isn’t that bad either. It’s a very good place to do a bit of deep thinking. With the fresh air and nice scenery, it’s just out of this world. I think I’m beginning to fall in love with that place. If money is not an issue I would go there every week, really. A short trip to Hangzhou really does wonders to my mind and body.
Had lunch with some really important people this afternoon and I must say that I learned a lot of new things as well. Came back to Shanghai after that and have been doing quite a bit of work. Welcome back to reality.
Ming Han and Huixian from NCS4 are here – this means that I can officially start my countdown to return home!
