Lobsters.

I woke up pretty early today – and considering that I slept at about 3, it wasn’t a good idea to have woken up at the time I woke up just now.

Spent the morning playing a bit of games and then went over to Porto Cafe to meet Huixian. She was there to do a bit of reading, while I was there to work on a new version of the SHEN website. For one reason or another the FTP server refused to work properly, so I ended up just playing around with the designing and not really getting to upload the site. It will be at least a few days later before I’ll get down to do it again.

Had mini lobsters for dinner. The taste was OK, but I would like to think that it is not my type of food. I could probably have things that are easier to eat and require less effort in consumption.

So there you have it – a seemingly pretty typical day for me. Though I did spend a good part of the day doing a lot of wondering about life. Looking back, I am beginning to regret about a few things. Why didn’t I?

Home.

Woke up at about 11 and spent the whole day at home. Didn’t really do much, so there really isn’t much to talk about.

Had a very nice dream last night, but knowing how my dreams can never come true, I’m disappointed that the dream was so nice.

Need to start doing some of the things that I’ve promised myself to do, and tomorrow seems like a good day to start. Perhaps I can sit in the Coffee Bean at Zunyi Road, or Fuzhou Road, or Xintiandi, or Yuyuan Road.

Finally Premiership football is back – though I wonder why they choose to show the Chinese League instead of Everton vs United in the evening.

Another day closer to home. Another day closer to you.
