Pictures Day.

I completed the first draft of my research paper for my company today. Now hopefull my boss would think it’s worth showing people.

Going to Hangzhou for the 12th time tomorrow. Apart from the 2-hour train ride actually going to Hangzhou is always going to be very fun. Though it has been a long time since I actually stayed overnight in the marvellous city. I think when the weather gets cooler, I will probably spend a few days there. Hangzhou is not a fun place to visit when the weather is hot, so I guess when the temperature drops to about 15 degrees it would be a much better place to visit.

We are at the end of August already. Another new month coming up – September is going to be a busy month with many things on hand. Work of course comes first and foremost, then there’s the SSBA Mid-Authmn Festival Celebrations, the SHEN website, the SHEN newsletter, the business case first draft (thank God I’ve done quite a fair bit of it already)… it’s just going to be so massively busy for me. But looking on the bright side, I’m enjoying working on all these things, and furthermore, I’d be back in Singapore in less than four months! Time will certainly fly by and before I know it I’d be on the plane back home already.

Having some funny thoughts going in my head lately. Not serious thoughts, just funny thoughts. Nothing to make me lose my sleep about.

It’s been quite a long while since I last uploaded any picture, so perhaps I should do them now. Some of these pictures are really long overdue – considering that another typhoon is coming this direction soon!

Took this along Jiefang Road, Hangzhou. It’s not just the West Lake that offers nice views. Downtown Hangzhou does too!

I’ve been to Hangzhou so many times but it’s only on my 11th visit that I actually took a picture of the Hangzhou Railway Station. Strange but true.
