Angela.

Went for the Angela Zhang campus concert in the evening after Joelle gave us a few free tickets. I got a pretty good seat – at the extreme left seat on the left side – and I got a perfect view of the speakers!

Angela was a real cutie – she’s very petite with a sweet voice. The best thing was that she has a great voice and her live singing abilities were wonderful as well, which is very rare among these idols that are popping up all around the world lately. Too bad the concert was really short and she sang only five songs (actually didn’t really matter cos I didn’t know the words to any one of them) and the whole thing was over in half an hour. Not exactly the kind of campus concert that I was looking forward to, but given that it was at the UCC courtyard with no air-conditioning, if the concert lasted any longer I probably would start melting!

It was definitaly a nice break from a horribly busy and tiring week for me. With just one month to go before the exams, the due dates for the various projects are coming up and this period is definitely the last lap before the semester ends. In July I’ll be seeing another big group of friends graduating and I don’t know how I’ll feel when I see them in their square hats…

The worst thing is I only get to wear my square hat next July – with the group of people whom I OGL-ed in their freshmen orientation camp in 2004!
