One week.

Without realising, I’ve deserted my journal for a week already. Sorry if you have been checking regularly for updates, but I really didn’t have any time to update this thing.

Basically this whole week can be summarized using one word – “busy”. If I have to use 2 words to describe the week, then it will be “busy” and “tiring”. With less than 2 weeks to go to the Inter-Universities Speech Contest, you can only imagine how much there is to do. Guests, audience, publicity, promotions, logistics, etc etc – the list is endless! Thank God I have some great colleagues who could help me along, otherwise I think I’m so going to explode.

Then of course it’s schoolwork – a couple of project reports were due and it was just a lot of mad rush at the last minute to get them written out. With all these different things going on, this whole week has been a total havoc for me, and for 4 days out of 5, I reached home after midnight, and the latest I went to sleep was 3 in the morning. Considering that I go to work at 7-something, it certainly wasn’t a very healthy lifestyle that I’m leading.

About 12 more days to go for the speech contest, in which 4 would be the Easter holidays – I can only hope for things to turn up well!
