Lab.

I’m sitting inside the CS Lab in CityU, after working on my final year project. I’ve just gotten the database set up, and I believe I should be able to start on the programming real soon. And even though I haven’t been doing serious programming for the past 2 years or so, I still have confidence on my programming skills. After all, working on Visual Studio 2008 can’t be that difficult, I suppose!

Anyway over the weekend me and my sis were in Macau again, this time round for the Mayday & Friends concert in The Venetian. As usual, we had a good round of walking around and eating around. The concert was brilliant, but perhaps the more satisfying part of the whole trip is I finally managed to win some money from the casinos in Macau. I didn’t really win from those real casinos, but rather at Mocha, a slot machine place. It was still gambling alright, but this place only has computerized stuffs, meaning there are only slot machines, video baccarat, computerized sic-bo and computerized roulette. I didn’t win a lot ($120 only), but it was still an interesting experience. I’ve gotten the pictures uploaded on Facebook, so if you are keen you may hop over to see the pictures. I’ll try to put the pictures here on my journal one of these days when I conjure up enough energy to do so.

I think I’m done with working today, so I’m heading home. Have fun everyone – and watch the weather! It was all cool and foggy this morning (as foggy as last Sunday), but in the afternoon it was horribly warm!
